Stationery

As much as I adore sending handwritten correspondence, I've found that I am often hastily jotting well-wishes down with the nearest working pen on my break at work. I fully realized the extent of my rushed efforts when I received a department-wide e-mail from a co-worker informing the sender of a lime green enveloped card that he or she had forgotten to include a stamp; the kind co-worker was holding the parcel at her desk. Now, that is what passes for a Walk of Shame in Ari Land.

Wouldn't it be nice if I actually used my darling, white desk to write letters to friends & family?  I can picture the perfect setup now.

First & foremost, proper procedure:

I think I'll designate Sunday afternoon as my official letter-writing time.
