Japan Animal Rescue Donation

Thank you all for commenting on my cash for comments post designed to raise funds and awareness for animal rescue in Japan in the wake of their great tragedy.

All together, I received 13 comments, but $13 didn't seem sufficient for these abandoned animals. I decided to donate $5 per comment instead of $1, so together we have raised $65 to help Red Star Animal Emergency Services rescue the lives that can't save themselves.

I feel really good about what we've done, and I hope you do, too. Sometimes it's discouraging to think about the magnitude of such a tragedy and to imagine how little a difference $65 actually makes but, I still think it's incredibly important to do as much as we can to help those in trouble in the global community.
